We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual colors you see may vary depending on your monitor or device settings.
All products are made to order using natural fabrics. Each piece is crafted individually, which means slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur—this is the nature of working with natural materials and handcrafted production.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Dirhams) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes within the UAE.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
3. Orders & Payment
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.
Made to Order
All items are made to order. Production begins once payment is confirmed. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for processing and shipping timeframes.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from the UAE.
UAE Delivery: AED 20
International Delivery: AED 50
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
No Returns or Exchanges
Because all pieces are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it, either through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Color appearing different on screen vs. in person (due to natural variations in fabric or monitor settings)
- Minor variations inherent to handmade and natural fabric products
