Designed to live in the in-between: tucked into wide-leg trousers for a long workday, knotted over a slip dress, thrown on over a swimsuit, slept in. Silk regulates temperature in a way cotton can't — cool when the room is warm, warm when the room cools.

What does 19-momme mean? Momme is the weight of silk per square metre. 19-momme is the sweet spot for shirting — substantial enough to drape properly, light enough to wear all day without weight on the shoulders. Lower-weight silk (12–16 momme) thins at the seams within a season; heavier weights (22+) read as evening rather than everyday.

Is the silk machine-washable? Hand-wash cold or dry-clean only. If hand-washing, use a pH-neutral silk wash, never wring, and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Iron on the silk setting on the reverse side while still slightly damp.

How does it fit? Cut for an 8 cm ease through the body — designed to skim, not cling. If you're between sizes or prefer a closer fit, size down. Model is 175 cm / 5'9" and wears size S.

What's the colour like in person? Silk shifts in different light. Black reads deep matte indoors, almost like wet ink under window light. Ivory is a soft warm cream, not stark white. Brown is warm chocolate with a faint red undertone — neither cool nor mahogany.
